Boiling Springs
The historic village of Boiling Springs dates to the 1700's. It is home to the Carlisle Iron Works, one of the earliest blast furnaces in PA, an underground railroad station & the Appalachian Trail Head. The lake & Yellow Breeches are well stocked and are considered some of the best trout fishing areas in the country. Fine Dining at the Boiling Springs Tavern and Allenberry Resort and Playhouse.

Situated in Central Pennsylvania, just 20 min from Harrisburg, Carlisle is noted for its restored architecture & tree-lined streets-once walked by George Washington & Molly Pitcher. Home to 3 institutions of higher learning: Dickinson College, Dickinson School of Law & the U.S. Army War College it has a long tradition of welcoming visitors, offering a wide variety of cultural and culinary options. Carlisle also hosts 10 seasonal auto shows that attract millions of visitors.

Located in the South Central region of Pennsylvania southwest of Harrisburg in the Cumberland Valley, Chambersburg, is home to Wilson College. Abundant in history, first settled in 1730, it was the only northern borough to be burnt down by the Confederates in the Civil War. Chambersburg is located along the Lincoln Highway, U.S. 30, between McConnellsburg and Gettysburg, PA and along U.S. 11, the Molly Pitcher Highway, between Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, and Hagerstown, Maryland.

On the shores of the Susquehanna River, Harrisburg has grown from a modest ferry outpost to a picturesque capital city. Pennsylvania's capital city offers the pleasures of an urban metropolis while maintaining the warmth of South Central PA, and Hershey (think chocolate) is just a stone's throw away. At the dedication of the Capitol Building in 1906, Teddy Roosevelt described this structure as "the handsomest building I ever saw". The capitol dome, modeled after St. Peter's Basilica has a beautiful staircase like the Paris Opera. Free tours available. River Front Park provides the venue for ArtsFest, The Jazz & Multicultural Festival, and Kipona.

Shippensburg
Amidst a rural setting in the Shippensburg/Newville area, the Amish community offers fresh produce & handmade quilts. The Appalachian Trail's halfway point & Museum are in Pine Grove Furnace State Park. The Big Spring is known for its native brook trout & 150 species of birds. Rails to Trails offers 11 miles of scenery from Shippensburg to Newville for biking, horseback riding & running. The Annual Shippensburg Corn Festival features delicious foods and Civil War reenactments. Shippensburg University's Luhrs Center offers art exhibits, plays and speakers to the community.
